You can check the webmail for any account by logging into domain.com/webmail with the full username ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and password for the email account.

Please do NOT use the Webmail icon in cPanel, as it directs you to a mailbox for your cPanel user name which is NOT a real email account.
