Cancellation Procedure

Follow these steps to submit a request for cancellation of  some or all your products/services:

  1. Click here to log into the client area.
  2. Log into the client area.
  3. Select the “My Services” link on the top menu.
  4. Click on the  icon on the right side of the product you wish to cancel.
  5. Click the “Request Cancellation” button at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Briefly Describe your reason for Cancellation (optional).
  7. Select one of “Immediate” or “End of Billing Period” types.
  8. Click the “Request Cancellation” button.
