In addition to any support requests that a website owner will be sending our way,
our support team will do the following on monthly basis:

Q: How do I know if my task is a small task?

A: You can either email or chat with us about your task. We will let you know if your task is considered a small task. If you already paid us and it’s too big of a task, we will refund the amount you paid, in full.

Q: How long does it take to get the task done?

A: The maximum turnaround time is 24 hours, while we do our best to get the tasks done within the several hours of receipt of the request.

Q: May I get support for more than one site?

A: Yes, however our monthly support package is for one website only. You can add a second website from your account dashboard and you will be charged for two site each cycle.

Q: Am I signing a contract or committing to a time-frame?

A: No, you are signing up for a month-to-month recurring service and you can cancel any time.

Q: 5hrs/month tasks seems to be unreal, what’s the catch?

A: There is nothing unlimited in the world, our time and man-power is no exception, we have found that a straight and fair relationship with a client, reasonable effort and tasks that do not abuse our relationship works both ways. We will let you know once you hit the 5hr/month mark.

Q: Are there any limits of how many tasks per month I can ask?

A: There are no limits to how many small tasks per month you can ask us to do, we just ask you to send one task at a time.

Q: Do I need to provide you with access to my server and website backend?

A: Yes. We will need a full access to your server and the backend of the website.

Q: Who are the developers that implement these tasks?

A: We have a team that has extensive experience in developing and maintaining WordPress based websites. All members of our team work full time for us and are not freelancers or outsourced help. These are in-house WordPress experts that deal with custom development of WordPress based systems on a daily basis.

Q: I am behind for several versions with my WordPress core upgrade, will you do the upgrades?

A: Yes, we will take care of you, if you commit to at least three month subscription.

Q: I want to install a plugin on my WordPress but it has some sort of a conflict with what I already have there, can you help me?

A: Yes, we'd be happy to take a look, subscribe to the monthly support or simply purchase a single job and we will take it from there.
